Replacement License or ID card
If your license or identification card is lost, stolen or destroyed, you may apply to the Division for a duplicate.
Duplicate License replacement fee is $20.00.
Duplicate Identification card replacement fee is $5.00.
*If you are under the age of 18 or have a Graduated Driver License, the sponsor who initially signed for your driver license or identification card must be with you to authorize the duplicate.
